[ say what you're ] thinking o u t-l o u d ; n o e l a n i ♥ The sun beat down, like it always did at this time of the day, it's rays spreading way over the beaches, covering the white sands and waves. Speaking of, the crystal waters were tumbling in over the sands at a leisurely pace at this time, the foamy breakers rolling in and stopping, depositing sand and taking some with it back into the salty sea, and occasionally leaving a pretty shell or starfish that was quickly grabbed by a kid.
Noelani was a native to Hawaii, had been there all her life, and she was used to this. Laying out on the pretty beaches only to be disturbed as a young child moved your feet to pick up a shell that had been deposited there, and she didn't mind much anymore. After all, if she got mad at them, karma would bite her back in the butt. She'd end up getting yelled at for scolding (and possibly yelling) at a child who were ' the future of the island '.
So she lay there, no towel or anything, in a bikini like swimsuit - or as close to it as possible, being it in the historical days of the breathtaking islands. Noelani was on her stomach, her top unstrapped and her long hair around her shoulders, eyes closed, trying to tan. She wasn't as tan as she would like to be, which is why she was here, now. Working on it.

Memnoch walked down to the beach to pick up some shells for his twin. The long black hair blowing lightly behind his back. The tanned tone was dark from him being always out in the ocean. The while sand always brought him peace. Living here was good for him, always living here and always enjoying it. The muscles in his arms buldged lightly as he bent over and picked up a shell. Looking and seeing younger kids do the same. Only he was sure he wasn't doing it so that thier twin can decorate the house.
Seeing a woman sunbathing he tried to ignore her completely. Trying not to get noticed and or talked to. It would bring him to talk and her perfured not to. Though he did catch himself looking at her.Knowing exactly what she would be like. A little sigh escaped his velvets. It wasn't hard to ignore her considering she looked like she was only conserned with herself. If his twin was here she would have pushed him to her. Only she would have probably have pushed her in the wrong direction.

[ say what you're ] thinking o u t-l o u d ; n o e l a n i ♥ She could feel the footsteps of someone larger than a child on the beach, and could hear the sand moving around as well. Someone, her age or older, was picking up things off the beach. Noe, sighing lightly, opened her eyes and looked around, to find a man picking shells. Now, hadn't she seen him somewhere? She bit her lip, but couldn't place him and lifted her body up, pressing the cloth for her top to her chest and facing an area where no people were, and moved to tie the strings back around her, situating the cups covering her. When satisfied, she turned back around and brushed out her hair.
''Hello?'' Noelani called out to the stranger, pushing herself from the white golden sand to her feet, digging her toes into the warmth of it, a smile on her face. The wind changed directions now, blowing her locks of chocolate hair into her face, covering her dark brown eyes for a second, shifting and doing the same. ''I'm Noelani, I don't believe I've seen you around here, have I?'' She asked him, looking at the shell he held in his hand. Probably for a girl, no doubt one of his interest. It wasn't like the thought bugged her, either, she wasn't exactly one for a commitment - after all, in her words, she wanted a 'summer' romance.
